We'll first discuss your goals, expectations and some general ways to achieve maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. Then, we'll walk through your home together as a buyer would, gathering those all-important first impressions and making recommendations. The consultation ends with a proposal based on the time and materials needed to get your home to and through the market quickly.

Customized Reports We provide several customized reports focusing on the most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.  From the "Top 10 Priority Report" to the "DIY Manual", we've got you covered. 

Half Day or Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign (based on square footage)
The Smart Move Design Consultant will be working from our  Action Plan we began in the Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents' marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase.  You won't believe the difference a day can make!

New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan) 
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression!  A Smart Move Design Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  The Consultant will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed! 

Vacant Home Staging Package 
From Vacant to Sold!  We assist with each step in planning, selection and ordering of furniture and accessories, directing, staging, taking photographs for marketing, and de-staging once the home has been sold.  Package pricing based on square footage, number of rooms staged,  and length of time home will be staged.

Shopping Service 
We'll work with you to create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to go and even get "Designer Discounts" off of what we purchase for you. 

Staging in a Pinch – company coming and you need your home to have that "wow" factor?  We provide quick and expert service, including purchasing or renting accessories if needed..

Staging for Life and Redesign Packages –  whether you've moved into your new home or just want a new look for the home you're in now - Smart Move Design can help.   We work with you to identify the items and features you love best, offer paint color options, make design recommendations based on your choices, and help with furniture and accessory placement to create your ideal living space.
