Why can’t I sell my home “as is”? 

Most buyers cannot see the potential of your home.  They see your décor, furniture arrangements, family photos, etc., and cannot visualize themselves living in your home.  Buyers do not want to feel they are “visiting”; they want to see themselves living in the home.

Why is Staging a Vacant Home Important? 

Only 10% of buyers can actually visualize a home’s potential. Some buyers walk into an empty room and say, “I wonder what this room is for.”  Staging a vacant home gives buyers reference points for size and scale of furniture and enables them to see the potential in each room.
